Event Details

In today's anywhere workplace – a closet, your home office, corporate headquarters, or somewhere in between – payroll managers are faced with a host of new challenges. This comes amid vaccine rollouts, shifting business initiatives, relocating employees, and budget uncertainties. Those at the top also carry the responsibility of maintaining staff morale, retaining key performers, and being prepared when career moves happen.

Learn from your peers in payroll as well as a top staffing executive how companies are hiring, onboarding, and offboarding whether remotely or in the workplace, and how workloads and priorities are changing, while staying flexible. The panelists will also discuss current expectations from payroll teams, including competitive compensation and emerging labor models.
